The Tucos’ fifth album finds the band at their heaviest yet, exploring new ground that treads a bit into hard-rock while still centered around the economical arragements and powerpop-meets-alt-country sound they’re known for.

The album, two and a half years in the making, was originally to be called Chinese Democracy, after the Guns `N` Roses debacle that took well over a decade to complete. The band was beginning to wonder if it would ever see the light of day. Sell Their Souls was recorded at Black Sheep Audio in Novi, Michigan by former SlugBug/Soundcamp engineer Steve Presti, and mixed by Tucos’ long-time partner Tim Patalan (Sponge, The Fags, Cheap Trick, Watershed) with Jeremy and Gabriel producing, engineering, and mixing at their home studios along the way.
Sell Their Souls is available now for PRE-ORDER and will be released on August 21, 2026. The album will be available on limited-edition 180g vinyl, CD, digital download, and on all streaming platforms. PRE-ORDERS not only have a limited-time price reduction, but come with some fun Tucos' swag. CDs and LPs will ship before August 21.
